 Benjamin Muehr, Regional Luxury Sales Manager for Treasury Wine Estates, will join us for an exceptional evening of DAOU Vineyard wines. With more than 30 years of experience in the wine, food, and beverage industry, Ben is known for his engaging storytelling and approachable teaching style. Throughout the dinner, he will guide us through each wine selection, sharing insights into the vineyards of Paso Robles. As a WSET Level 3 Advanced Certified wine professional and Certified Specialist of Wine, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and passion that will enhance every course and every glass.

Chef Alyssa Durham brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to the Ninth Floor Club + Venue. Inspired by time spent cooking with her grandmother, Alyssa developed a lifelong passion for food and the techniques that transform great ingredients into memorable dining experiences. We are delighted to showcase her talents for this special evening.

Vintegrity Wine & Spirits proudly represents DAOU Vineyards in Kansas and Missouri, as well as connecting wine lovers with some of the world's most respected producers. Our very own AIWF Board Member, Chase Bruggeman, is their Kansas Sales Representative, and has been instrumental in helping select wines for this event.

 Parking: On Broadway, just north of Douglas, is a parking garage on the west side.  The 3rd floor of the parking garage provides access to a crosswalk over Broadway to the Ruffin Building.  Once inside, walk east to the elevators and go up to The Ninth Floor Club!

 

As with most AIWF events, you need not be a member to attend.

*AIWF Wichita is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization “dedicated to advancing the understanding, appreciation and quality of wine and food through fun educational experiences in support of our Scholarship programs.”   Raffle proceeds go toward scholarships for those in the greater Wichita area in the culinary, beverage or hospitality industry to pursue training at an approved culinary or beverage school to continue the tradition of food and wine education.

The Wichita chapter, founded in 1992, was the predecessor to our current organization which was organized as a not-for-profit Kansas corporation in 2015. It is one of several chapters located coast-to-coast. Educational programming relative to food, beverage and nutrition is the core of the AIWF and the vehicle for fulfilling our mission. We also have lots of FUN!
