Owner Alex Eftekhar and his team will prepare a delicious BBQ feast while sharing the story behind the restaurant's unique history and passion for great food.

White Crow Cider
Founded by Denise and Kenneth Gardner, White Crow Cider has earned a loyal following for its handcrafted hard ciders, ranging from crisp and traditional to bold and innovative. Denise Gardner, along with Katie Harmon, Co-owner and Certified Pommelier, will guide guests through the evening's cider selections while sharing the story behind White Crow and their passion for crafting exceptional cider.

Walnut River Brewing Company
Founded by B.J. Hunt and Rick Goehring, Walnut River Brewing Company is now owned and operated by partners B.J. Hunt, Rick Goehring, and Travis Rohrberg. The brewery has become one of Kansas' premier craft breweries, producing award-winning beers that blend classic brewing traditions with innovative styles. Co-owner B.J. Hunt will guide guests through the evening's beer selections while sharing the brewery's history, brewing philosophy, and the inspiration behind each pour.

**AIWF Wichita is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization “dedicated to advancing the understanding, appreciation and quality of wine and food through fun educational experiences in support of our Scholarship programs.”   Raffle proceeds go toward scholarships for those in the greater Wichita area in the culinary, beverage or hospitality industry to pursue training at an approved culinary or beverage school to continue the tradition of food and wine education.

The Wichita chapter, founded in 1992, was the predecessor to our current organization which was organized as a not-for-profit Kansas corporation in 2015. It is one of several chapters located coast-to-coast. Educational programming relative to food, beverage and nutrition is the core of the AIWF and the vehicle for fulfilling our mission. We also have lots of FUN!
