Our Mission:

"The American Institute of Wine & Food, Wichita Chapter, Inc. is an affiliate of a national non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the understanding, appreciation and quality of wine and food through fun educational experiences in support of its signature Days of Taste® and Scholarship programs."

A Wichita chapter, founded in 1992, was the predecessor to our current organization which was organized as a not-for-profit Kansas corporation in 2015. It is one of several chapters located coast-to-coast. Educational programming relative to food, beverage and nutrition is the core of the AIWF and the vehicle for fulfilling our mission. We also have lots of FUN!

Introducing AIWF 101 - a bi-monthly educational program for those beginning their journey into the wonderful world of wine and food! People new to wines or just wanting to know what AIWF is all about, this is your program!

1)  Justin/Landmark Wines at Yaya's Eurobristro - $125 per person

Featuring the multiple award winning Justin 2014 Justification (Wine Enthusiast - 93 pts, Wine Spectator - 94 pts), beautifully paired by YaYa's Eurobistro, this promises to be a wonderful experience!

2)  Pahlmeyer Winery at Sienna Tuscan Steakhouse - $150 per person
