Let the professionals Decide...

Join us at the lovely Mason home for a Caesar Salad Cook-Off! Two winners
will be chosen — Best of Show and People’s Choice — by  celebrity chefs.

Prizes will be awarded and most of all, we will get to try some outstanding Caesar salads.
Participants in the cook-off will need to bring their own “dressing” fixings and any special
equipment they need for the judging, enough to plate one salad. Also, plan to make enough dressing to dress a large bowl of their salad for the People’s Choice award.  We will provide Romaine lettuce, participants should bring the fixin’s.

Please let Rachel know by noon, August 17, if you plan to enter. For those who just want to wine and dine, we will have Caesar salad with grilled salmon and chicken, bread, dessert and of course, wine provided by the board.
